Excellent Job, professional and timely work, both, Jim and Ricky 🥇
My husband and I called the office this morning to get our roof serviced on in the Arden, NC area and the young lady Kimberly was so upbeat and professional you could hear her smile in the phone. She was patient with us and we are old folks. After hearing that Allcon roofing is highly recommended which was the purpose for our call staff is even impeccable!
We had some repairs done by Tim and Matthew of Allcon Roofing, and they did a phenomenal job! Tim had come out a couple of weeks prior and did a complete assessment of what needed to be done and a price for the work. We read through the proposal and accepted it. Then Tim returned a couple of weeks later with Matthew. The project was a bit delayed (no fault of Allcon) because of all the rain, but they came as soon as the weather allowed. They were very professional, thorough and kind. Thank you!
Zack and team did a phenomenal job repairing damage to my roof. Their quote was lower than others and they were quick to respond. They offered great advice on repairs vs replacement. I won’t hesitate to call them again in a few years when my roof does need replacing.
So, tired calling the number multiple times, always went to voicemail so I guess I have to add my complaint here. I was at a gas station when I watched one of their employees, the truck had 70 on the back window, go into the gas station, by a beer and then open and DRINK IT in said truck during what I guess was a lunch break. I’m sure the company is great for roofing but all it takes is this one bad employee to kill somebody on the road for everyone to remember this company but not for roofs.
