Disappointing and don't respect long standing customers. Not sure what has happened to them last few years.
Click and collect only. It's no good. They are not quick. I don't no why they would have changed to this format. Used to love it here. Now avoid at all costs unless your not in a rush.
Not a huge fan of click and collect imo it only works if you know exactly what you want so at times it works well but I’m old school I’d much prefer to come into shop and browse over the tool range but hey each to their own

Have been here a handful of times in the last few years. Went in today after easily 3+ years since last shopping there. Needed a 14” concrete blade, was told to call up and place the order and stand around for minimum 1hr while it is “picked and packed” even though i could see the blades on the shelf right next to the counter. Will be taking business elsewhere and notifying others of piss poor customer service
