I would gladly deal with AllCars again. Jim was pleasant, accommodating, professional, patient, and accessible every step of the way. He made the process easy and kept me informed. He even paid for extra overnight shipping so I could provide corrected paperwork, and then again when I found the long-lost extra key over a month after the sale. We sold a 2003 Chevy Impala to this place for $1,000. We dealt with Jim and were originally given a quote of $1,625. However, after the appraisal was done, Jim told us he would have to lower the amount to $1,000 because the body shop needed to do some work on the car, including remove some dents and clean the passenger side headlight. (I honestly did not believe this work would be done.) Well, guess what I just found online? This car for sale for $4,995 in Indiana with NONE of the body work done. It would've been a 5 star I had a little difficult time getting all the red tape taken care of. The guy Jim Inzinga was with me every step. When you've never done anything like this before it can get crazy in a silly way. Make sure you have all your documents it makes the process smooth! Mine was difficult since I wasn't the actual owner my son was. He's deployed and that was the reason of the 3 stars. Jim was a trooper and he was always a call or text away. I would definitely use them if I ever decide to sell my car.
