We sold a 2003 Chevy Impala to this place for $1,000. We dealt with Jim and were originally given a quote of $1,625. However, after the appraisal was done, Jim told us he would have to lower the amount to $1,000 because the body shop needed to do some work on the car, including remove some dents and clean the passenger side headlight. It would've been a 5 star I had a little difficult time getting all the red tape taken care of. The guy Jim Inzinga was with me every step. When you've never done anything like this before it can get crazy in a silly way. Make sure you have all your documents it makes the process smooth! Mine was difficult since I wasn't the actual owner my son was. He's deployed and that was the reason of the 3 stars. Jim was a trooper and he was always a call or text away. I would definitely use them if I ever decide to sell my car.

It was such an easy process from start to finish. Jim Inzinga was awesome to deal with. Explained things perfectly and I was totally satisfied.
