Very professional and efficient
This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. The whole staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. My visit with the NP didn’t feel rushed at all and she answered all of my questions.
I used to love coming here but it might be time to look for a new PCP and/or office. EXTREMELY rude front desk receptionists I encountered today. And they apparently have an issue answering phone calls 🙄 You call for hours and no one answers the phone but you come in the office and they’re sitting there on the computer. Make it make sense.
Amazing staff!!! Everyone who helped me was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend.
UPDATE 2: I tried to give this place a chance, but it’s almost impossible to establish primary care here. The personal touch and care is gone. I had a PC appointment during the summer and wasn’t due back until next year. I set up a virtual appointment to connect with the doctor on a specific concern. The day before the appointment was cancelled and I was told that I needed to be in person rather than virtual. Ok, no problem. I went online and booked an in-person appointment.
