When the doctor says in their email, reach out if you have any questions ,do not believe them. I have inquiries or follow up that go unanswered for a long time, sometimes up to two weeks and sometimes even go unanswered. They always want you to go in office sometimes for things that can be handled in an email or even virtually. The interactions in person are reassuring, but the moment you leave their office, the help or assistance is almost non existent or incredibly delayed.
The Smyrna office for all care that has Dr. Fain is the only all care location I have ever been to and I hope it is the only one I will ever go to. The Team here is amazing, welcoming, quick, and professional.
Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Finding a doctor that actually listens AND does their job is so hard to find. To be honest there are a few staff members who are great and Dr. Fain is great but the other people working with her are Horrible. Literally drive over an hour just to be seen and they tell me the same information I already know and still bill me. With no results that actually help.
