Where do I even begin? Dr. French and her entire staff are truly exceptional. This is, without question, one of the best family practices I’ve ever experienced. Some physicians simply prescribe medications, but Dr. French prescribes care, attention, and genuine compassion. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tolu, but my follow-up with ASHAY LOBBAN-DUBOSE, NP was extremely disappointing. Although I was an established patient, she sent a medical assistant to deny my care and only spoke with me after I insisted on seeing the provider responsible. Ashay initially gave a false reason for denying care and later admitted she hadn’t reviewed my chart. I was rapidly gaining weight and wasn't sure why. Dr. Fernandez ordered blood tests and I had hypothyroidism, I'm on medication now and am loosing weight thanks to him! So thankful I found the office. Also, shout out to Samantha who called in my prescription right away to the pharmacy who lost my refill order. I really couldn't ask for a better office or team. You can trust them and feel their support.
Dr. Fernandez was super friendly and helpful. Medication sent same day. Front Office was great and always pick up the phone.
Great experience. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Service didn’t take long at all and the building was very clean. I wish this location all the best on their business.
