I have been able to get appointments quickly when I have been sick. I have seen both Dr. Richardson and Dr. Fuzayl, and both were wonderful! I received great care.
It's easy to get an appointment here, but very difficult to get any of the services someone goes to a primary care for. They are terrible about answering their phones and even worse about responding to anyone on their portals. They'll book appointments for you without your permission. And good luck getting any prescriptions refilled by them. They are absolutely terrible at it. Edit: It seems like this practice was bought out recently. The office is impossible to reach. It makes it hopeless to get prescriptions renewed or sent to other pharmacies.
Impossible to get prescriptions refilled or reach staff or physicians. They do not answer the phone, return messages, or respond to messages submitted through their web portal. I wasted many hours with their answering service who could not reach this office. I would give 0 stars if I could.
