It's easy to get an appointment here, but very difficult to get any of the services someone goes to a primary care for. They are terrible about answering their phones and even worse about responding to anyone on their portals. They'll book appointments for you without your permission. And good luck getting any prescriptions refilled by them. They are absolutely terrible at it. Edit: It seems like this practice was bought out recently. It's now possible to get a person on the phone and get them to refill a prescription.

Dr. Fuzayl helped me resolve a long-term health issue that I had been struggling with for years. He was thorough, attentive, and focused on finding the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. I appreciated his clear explanations and practical approach to treatment. Highly recommended.
I have gone here for two appointments, and have been very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the receptionist as well as the bed-side manner from Dr. Albert Fuzyal. My medications have never changed yet it is always a challenge to get a timely refill. The patient portal isn't monitored and will they not act upon any request unless you call multiple times. My visit notes includes inaccurate information for things as simple as yes or no questions. I would not recommend this provider.
