I don't know if there have been changes to the staff or what but I had a great experience! The office staff greeted me when I arrived and were very polite. Dr. Fuzayl was great too and I didn't feel rushed at all. I was really happy to be able to get an appointment at such late notice. The CloseKnit app and website on the other need some work. I ended up having to call and go through the automated prompts which worked fine in the end
Dr. Richardson is a great Dr. Im going to say its the staff that need work. I was having surgery on 5/27/26 and I needed a revised note sent over to the surgeon. I sent a message through the portal. I called. The other Dr. Called .we called for 2 1/2 weeks. Still no note. On 5/26/26 I called from 11:30am to 3:45pm each time MA said give me time to work on it. Im going to fax it over. It never got faxed and my surgery was CANCELED.
It's easy to get an appointment here, but very difficult to get any of the services someone goes to a primary care for. They are terrible about answering their phones and even worse about responding to anyone on their portals. They'll book appointments for you without your permission. And good luck getting any prescriptions refilled by them. They are absolutely terrible at it. Edit: It seems like this practice was bought out recently. It's now possible to get a person on the phone and get them to refill a prescription.
