Impossible to get prescriptions refilled or reach staff or physicians. They do not answer the phone, return messages, or respond to messages submitted through their web portal. I wasted many hours with their answering service who could not reach this office. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I don't know if there have been changes to the staff or what but I had a great experience! The office staff greeted me when I arrived and were very polite. Dr. Fuzayl was great too and I didn't feel rushed at all. I was really happy to be able to get an appointment at such late notice. The CloseKnit app and website on the other need some work. I ended up having to call and go through the automated prompts which worked fine in the end
