Misleading billing practices AND frustrating experience I visited All Care in College Park, and they assured me they accept my insurance. After the visit, I received a bill claiming I owe 30% because they were out-of-network. I attempted multiple calls and emails to their billing office but no response to emails and the billing office was completely unhelpful and only they read the bill amount for me which I can do it myself. Dr. Kargbeh is very attentive and helpful. She actively listens and shows that she cares, which is something I have been searching for in a primary care physician. The front desk staff are also nice. This is a great center all around.
