NEVER SELECT DR.DEJARA WELLONS, DO. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A VAGINAL EXAM. THE NURSE ASKED ME WAS I OK SWABBING MYSELF. I WAS TAKEN ABACK BY THE QUESTION BUT I POLITLEY TOLD HER NO. I WOULD PREFER THE DOCTOR TO DO IT. AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES FOR THE DOCTOR. I WAS ADVISED THAT THE DOCTOR WOULD NOT DO IT AND I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF OR THEY CAN CANCEL THE APPT. I feel like I have been scammed $1000. I went there 3 times, once for an annual and twice for a sick visit. The lady at the desk who I called to set up appointments told me that they took my insurance and that the sick visits should be covered by insurance. Then I was surprised by a call from collections that I owed over $1000 because they were out-of-network and did not cover my annual and barely covered anything from the sick visit. I am sooo upset.
