Deeply unprofessional and should probably lose their license due to the owner and manager. I went for my first session and had a great one, with the therapist recommending she see me 2x a week. When the owner and manager found out I had had a head injury years ago she refused service to me. I was told she would call me and of course she never did. Why go into medicine if you are going to selectively decide who to treat and discriminate against the disabled? REALLY BAD
Allcare Physical Therapy is the best. I came to Allcare post-surgery after a serious shoulder injury, and was always treated with kindness and compassion by Gary Marcellus and his fine staff. Thanks to Allcare I am making an excellent recovery!
