Absolutely the worst when making an appointment. Your on hold going the robotic answering system ...then a human puts you on hold after being on hold for 10 min. already. So now on hold for an additional 10 min. before the robot tells you they're too busy to take your call and hangs up. You go through the same BS again later the same day. We went through the same BS again. The a human comes on ask 300 questions, hold again for additional 10 minutes to only be told they don't have an order from the Dr. So you spend your whole... read more

Great zoom visit with the medical assistant then with the Dr. All needs were discussed and addressed.
