PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR’s OFFICE I have been a patient for three years already and from day one I have had terrible experiences with this doctor’s office. ***** please read, heed and consider my opinion before booking an appointment***** In my opinion this is by far the worst office I have been to. The staff, as stated in reviews easily accessible on the internet, is rude and unattentive at best. Whether in person or over the phone they are cold and condescending, which only raises red flags for me as a patient. Why I am writing this review? Wonderful Doctor – I have been seeing Dr Gerace for a number of years and have found her to be extremely thorough, and very pleasant. I have referred her to a number of friends and all have had the same experience as me. I highly reccomend her to everyone.

Great doctor – I notice on most of these review sites, mostly it's negative feed back. (And statistically that is the case, people usually only complain loudly if they think they got bad service, compared to those who received good service) I have been seeing Dr. Gerace for several years, and she is great. Her staff can be rude, and it does seem to turn over. But I see that at a lot of doctor offices. Seek medical care elsewhere, bad bedside manner, poor diagnostician – I selected Dr. Gerace's office because of its location and polite and friendly receptionists, but medical services rendered are poor and I have since found another doctor. I am a healthy, 30 yo female and I initially saw Dr. Gerace for a chronic cough. She placed me on a months dose of antibiotic. They're looking for money and are unconcerned with your health – I started seeing physician's assistants here because it was close to my home and I had no health insurance at the time. Initially, the staff was friendly and attentive and seemed to be very concerned about my health. On subsequent visits, I discovered that this clinic has very high turnover and Dr. Gerace has obviously had a hard time finding knowledgeable, friendly people. Avoid unless you enjoy frustration and non-solutions... – I first saw Dr. Gerace last September and was impressed by the time she spent listening to me and reviewing my records. She ordered a number of routine screening tests for my age group which I complied with. For certain other issues I had, her office recommended a few specialists, one of whom I saw for about seven months.
