Initial visit went well. However, the ability to contact the Dr is slim. Have been trying for a week to confirm time sensitive paperwork with her. Voicemail is full and no option to speak with receptionist. Called the office she works out of and was hung up on. Two email addresses with no reply back. I would drive there myself if my right foot wasn’t in a boot. Very frustrating and unprofessional to not be able to contact your doctor directly in times of need. ALLISON CHENEY did my sisters foot and she's the worst, DON'T take your kids with her my sister needed more anesthesia and she did not care, incredibly rude and the procedure was so painful for her💔
AllCare Foot leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. You cannot book an appointment over the phone, no one answers and the voicemail is full. They request that you book through an app which is inconvenient. They then changed my appointment time without calling and I cannot get in touch with anyone to let them know that time doesnt work.
Lousy Doctor who worked in Phoenix Arizona many years when I was a patient. Dishonest. She presented to me a catalog of specific shoes as she attempted to sell me shoes. However, because she did not have shoes for her own Patients to try on, she had the nerve to tell me to visit a Foot Store in the area to try on and be fitted for a certain shoe. Excellent and personable doctor and experience! Cares for my plantar fasciitus, and orders orthopedic insoles for me every year. Highly recommend Dr Cheney to anyone and everyone!
