Never provided notification for appointment made on April 11 so made appointment for April 9. When I finally got notice about the April 11, I tried to call but this office doesn't have a working phone number. I had to go to the office and tell them to cancel the April 9 appointment and keep April 11. This morning (April 3), I received an email about my appointment for April 4. Talks to you does not rush you.
The older I get the more I value customer service, but I have a pretty low bar. When I ask three times for the restroom (After a 90 minute drive) and the only response I get is "are you a patient here?" I'm sorry but it's rude to answer a question with a question and especially when someone needs the restroom. She then asked me "Do you have an appointment?" - Yes.
