They advertise that they see people for women’s health but if you call them about a women’s health issue or make a women’s health appointment they will call you and ask you to cancel your appointment. I feel like no one in this office is comfortable taking Womens healthcare appointment so they need to stop advertising it because it is very rude to have somebody make a woman’s health appointment only to be called the same day of appointment with the care intake specialist trying to get you to go somewhere else.
I had an appointment this evening and from the moment I walked in I knew I made a great choice. Quintara was so pleasant and welcoming. Pat was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Jasmine was amazing. She made the appointment go by with ease. I will definitely make AllCare my primary care from now on. Thank you for a comfortable experience.
This place is terrible. I walked in needing immediate assistance (urgent care) and they refused to help me. They are very rude.
Inappropriate charges and questionable billing practices. I was surprised to find services listed on my bill that didn’t align with the visit. I’ve reached out to have this corrected, but I recommend others double-check their statements as well. Disappointing experience overall.
Walked in and ended up testing positive for covid. The NP was extremely curt and when I asked about paxlovid she said "I don't prescribe that". She then told me to use over the counter meds. I had to make a video appointment with a different urgent care to get paxlovid prescribed.
