The offices are clean, the staff is friendly and engaging, and the practitioners are highly knowledgeable. I have been seraching for a new PCP and I think I have found it. Dr. Justin made me feel very welcome and comfortable. He is excellent, and his guidance has been very helpful so far.

Terrible service. Billed my insurance incorrectly, called back and was told it would be resolved, but then they didn't resolve it, so the bill was sent to collections. When I then called, they refused to help. The billing also included some diagnostics that were clearly not relevant and that I've never had done by other urgent cares. Avoid!

Saw Dr. Brown and an array of tests were ordered (costing more than $500 after insurance) and then radio silence. Haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone at this location or even receive a response from the “patient portal.” Called, messaged, left voice mails. Now, I have to start the process over again with a new physician since I haven’t heard back from this practice. If continuity of care or patient follow-up / responsiveness is important to you, I’d recommend finding another Doctor and practice.
