made an appointment for my daughter, even completed the pre-registration forms 5 days before the appointment with Dr. Sarah Karimi. Her mother took her to see the doctor. The office said, well, she does not see young children. The office helped us to reschedule another appointment with a different doctor. scheduled my appointment online for 7:00 pm then called for confirmation with clinic. The front desk did not direct me for signing paperwork. I drove almost an hour to get there on time exactly at 7:00 pm but the doctor refused to see me because completing their paperwork took 10 minutes. They claimed I was late for 10 minutes while signing their papers. I respectfully request do not cancel my appointment since I came on time and drove 1 hour and I need my results to my next appointment for Monday but the doctor and her nurs... read more
They take the 5 minute grace period SERIOUSLY and will just cancel! Super frustrating. They will tell you its just policy , but I havent been able to find it ANYWHERE on their website. So what policy?
