I visited AllCare in January of 2026 and received great care from the Dr. there. Shortly after that visit, AllCare transitioned to CloseKnit. Due to the transition, I was unable to see the Dr.'s notes or my testing results. After several calls, which were all routed to the call center, the call center encouraged me to go into the Dr.'s office to resolve the issue. Used to be good but now under new management called "CloseKnit". When you call you are redirected to customer service out of state (country?) and the operator is not a native english speaker. Horrendous and frankly dangerous when it comes to health issues UPDATE: It got even worse. Their Rx delivery service (Capsule) courier stole 2 different orders yet claimed they were delivered. EDIT:manager called me, she is 5 ⭐️. Dr McCay & Kasam are fantastic. Their lab tech and receptionist clearly demonstrated themselves to be the kind of people who get into this line of work just to wear scrubs and assert their dominance upon the scared, sick and vulnerable. If you need help, I cannot recommend this practice. I came to them desperately needing help, excessively polite, and was metaphorically spit all over by their insecure fragile egos. Furthermore, when asking the receptionist for help- can I ask the doctor if she can order the breath test without the blood test on it (since it upset her support staff so much)? I know she is very worried about me and wanted this done ASAP because she said so verbatim.
