Appointment booked by my local allcare in maple lawn for urgent pre surgical physical at the ellicott city branch. Traveled 1 hour to get there and told they could not see me because they were closing early and the appointment was incorrectly scheduled by allcare. Elliott city front desk totally direspectful, uncaring no apologies and lied to Maple lawn office that another patient was in one of my slots.
