I thought it would be great but.... did a root canal and botched it. I still have feeling in the tooth and the filling stuff he put in it is falling out. I called to make an appointment to get it fixed and was told by the receptionist she would have to check with the dentist and get back to me..... Never heard from her. I tried calling several times and nothing. He went over my dental allowance by $400 that I am required to pay out of pocket. I am currently in contact with an attorney over this. Absolutely love it! Dr. Lui was great with me. He can talk to you just about anything. He is friendly, kind, polite and gentle. He made sure my gum was numb before putting the syringe in it. When the "drilling" hurt he stopped to reevaluate his approach. I have to say that the cleaning he did was probably the best cleaning I have ever had. Thank you for taking care of my teeth.

I had a very painful tooth, and was advised I needed to see a DDS asap. I have not gone to a DDS in years, so on 12/23/2013 at 8:30 pm I called Dr. Lui's number expecting to get an answering machine. Well guess what, he answered. I explained the situation, and he said let me call you back to see what I have available tomorrow. Dr. Lui was so kind and knowledgable when treating my husband who has an intolerance to most aenestesia. He worked very hard to help my husband and was extremely successfull is treating him. We would send EVERYONE we know to see Dr. Lui!!!
My wife was seen by Dr. Liu for a series of treatments. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. At the time my wife did not speak a lot of English and we had many concerns. Dr. Liu was very patient in explaining things and discussing the options. My wife's experience was very positive, the treatments went really well. We can give Dr. Liu our strongest recommendation.
Dr. Lui has treated me for several years and recently moved to this great new office. He has all of the latest equipment for patient care and comfort, and always stays on top of the most innovative treatment techniques. I have problem teeth and he has the expertise to take care of the most complicated dental issues. For this reason, I drive more than an hour to see him. Highly recommended.
