One star only because zero star is not an option! This center cares about one thing — money. They overbill, rebill, and their billing department is somehow even worse than their providers. We were incorrectly charged for a session and, to make matters worse, billed twice for it! The entire experience has been beyond frustrating. If you value your time, sanity, and peace of mind, stay far away from this place! I am going to take this to BBB too!
The phone number is linked to an automated answering service. It’s been 2 weeks and no one has followed up on my message. My therapist was supposed to be Shannon but she never sent the link for my intake appointment or followed up. This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. I would recommend finding someplace else.

Minoo went above and beyond with her care for me. I was at the end of my line in trying to figure out what was going on with me. She was my biggest support and cheerleader, and I can't thank her enough for helping me figure out and work through my problems. She really gives you the tools you need in order to overcome mental barriers and challenges, rather than a quick fix.
Dr. Minoo Pakdaman has been a real help during this pandemic, offering empathetic and constructive tools and being responsive to different needs. She is a capable and caring professional.
