Dr Chaffin and the staff of All Care Animal Hospital are caring and go above and beyond in caring for their clients (fur babes). I have been taking my dog to All Care since 2012 and have been very happy with the care and professionalism displayed. I would not board my dog anywhere else except All Care. The individual care of their patients is exceptional!
I will never recommend this place again. My dog was boarded 4 days & 5 nights while I was out of town & this jack russell terrier lost 6 lbs. they had my cell & my in town son's cell yet never contacted anyone!. When I picked her up, they indicated that she didn't eat very much & when I asked how much was "not very much" they couldn't say. I had even taken our own locally made special food! So it shouldn't have been a change in the food. My dog was bony & miserable & I paid $133.
I am always very pleased with the way ALL my pets are treated. No matter which Vet, Vet tech, or Receptionist we encounter, it as if my pet is the only one there. True professionalism, with warmth and feeling. I cannot imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else!
If you love your pets, give them the best care possible. Find another vet.
I have been a client of AllCare since the 1990s, first with Pearl and now Willow. Wouldn't trust my Willow with anyone else.
