Given a medication, prescribed for way too long, leading to a very poor quality of life, then abruptly taken off. Unwilling to address the issue, leading me to find help elsewhere. Also refused to work with the new doctor to assist in weaning me off the medication. The office staff was insulting, rude and unhelpful.
Dr. Allard strives to be as close to on time in her scheduling as she can be. So appreciated by patients. She listens. Asks great questions. Takes the time needed in each appointment. When I received a disturbing diagnosis, she called me herself and took time to get me to the right team of doctors.
Dr Allard is very good, the office staff however does not answer phone inquiries with in a reasonable time frame if at all
Dr. Allard is very thorough. She asks important questions to prompt her patients to share what is happening in her life. She cares about the whole person. She takes her time with patients and is very present.
Dr. Allard is a wonderful doctor. I fired a good number of general practitioners until I found her. She is extremely thorough. She runs really close to on-time appointments, which I find tremendously important. Lab work can also be done in office. Very convenient.
She is always kind and doesn't rush you through your appointment
