Recently ordered a tropical plant for each of our staff to welcome them back to a new school year. Heather went above and beyond, once again, packaging each one in a lovely decorative burlap bag and attaching a special card for each teacher. She always puts so much care in selecting just the right flower or plant for the occasion. I also appreciate that they are always delivered on time and package carefully!
Spent nearly $400 on flowers for my mother’s funeral, ordered days in advance, and they were not delivered on time. We arranged for them to arrive an hour before the service, but they showed up so late that we couldn’t even display them at the funeral mass. This was devastating, as you don’t get a second chance at a moment like this. On top of that, I had to fight on the phone for an hour just to get a 50% refund. Horrible experience. I would never recommend using their services if you need timely and reliable delivery.
I received a beautiful bouquet of cat-safe flowers for my birthday, and I was so impressed! Not only was the arrangement stunning, but the flowers lasted a full two weeks — longer than any bouquet I’ve ever had. It meant so much knowing they were safe for my pets and still so vibrant. Highly recommend!
