Spent nearly $400 on flowers for my mother’s funeral, ordered days in advance, and they were not delivered on time. We arranged for them to arrive an hour before the service, but they showed up so late that we couldn’t even display them at the funeral mass. This was devastating, as you don’t get a second chance at a moment like this. On top of that, I had to fight on the phone for an hour just to get a 50% refund. Horrible experience. I would never recommend using their services if you need timely and reliable delivery.
I received a beautiful bouquet of cat-safe flowers for my birthday, and I was so impressed! Not only was the arrangement stunning, but the flowers lasted a full two weeks — longer than any bouquet I’ve ever had. It meant so much knowing they were safe for my pets and still so vibrant. Highly recommend!

Recently, we needed a casket spray on short notice. Heather was incredibly helpful. Not only she did an amazing job, she arranged it to be delivered to the funeral home. With so much going on, this was one less thing to worry about. She even offered to meet us in person on Sunday should we require the spray just before the service. That was so kind of her. We're so glad we went to Allan's Flowers. The flower arrangement came out beautifully. Truly a 5-star experience!!!
