Can't fault the Plumbers work, however we were told by the Plumber that the 1st hour was included in the Service Charge. When the invoice arrived we were also charged Labour on top of the service charge. Tried to query it with the Accounts woman, only to be called LIARS, the plumber wouldn't have told us that. She was the rudest woman we've EVER had the misfortune to encounter, wouldn't let us get a word in, talked over us, told us we were yelling at her, which we weren't and hung up on us. Road raging workers doing wonders for your public image. 3:16pm 1/10/25 your guy driving a ute (rego 374.JFF) honked then finger gunned out the window aggressively creating a unpredictable threatening situation on the highway. More for your public image, the left tray tail gate wasn't latched closed with a grey tank on the tray without a strap on it. I was legally on the left shoulder well clear of being an obstruction when he honked

Very thanks to Allanna Plumbing Service for promptly solving the problem of underground rainwater pipe blockage in my house before the cyclone and heavey rain come, and re-laying and connecting the pipes. The boys are great and have done a very good job, it is a good company worth trusting.

If they plumb the way they drive, I wouldn't touch them with a 10ft pole - tail gating, speeding and crossing double lines.
