Went to the dentist yesterday - I made the appointment before I read these reviews, and am 100% glad I kept it! I went in for xrays and a cleaning; they slotted me for 50 minutes, and I had about a 5-10 minute wait. I was out almost exactly in 50 minutes! The staff was pleasant and efficient - I saw that some people felt rushed, but I didn't! Both the technician and staff chatted with me about books, and it was overall a pretty pleasant experience - plus my teeth feel great. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff here is great! Based on the reviews I've read I wouldn't be inclined to pick this office either. BUT, we are a large office with very nice, smart and relatively conservative Dentists. The hygiene and assistant staff are very competent and easy going. It creates an environment that's knowledgeable, and welcoming. Our front office staff are equally nice and informative, and will walk you through your appointments with ease. As far as seeing the SAME dentist every time, that's YOUR choice. I've been a patient of Dr. Eric Zall, this Dental Associates is his practice, for about 9 years. Dr. Eric, as he is known, is great. Good bedside manners, fast, and little to no pain. Unfortunately, Dr. Eric seems to be working less and less and even when I make an appointment to see him I am stuck with someone else. I can handle it, but recently when my 6-year-old son needed a cavity filled we were stuck with a dentist who had the bedside manor of Gulag prison guard.
