There's no words to express how happy I am with the Allan Vigil Lincoln Service Team, I was having a problem with a weird sound from my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid, it was close to closing but I left a message anyway. They took the time to call after-hours, and said I could come in the next day. I did and they took care of my issue, when they thought it might take longer, they had a loaner available, however eventually before I drove off in the loaner, they said that they found the issue and that my car was ready.
