Have been using Allan Vigil Lincoln for over four years. My Nautilus needed a front grill replacement. Jennifer (service rep) had me bring the car in, took pictures, submitted to Lincoln for approval (2 years and under warranty). She notified me promptly after receiving approval. We mutually agreed to delay replacement to a date that was convenient for me. She coordinated rental while being repaired (4 days). I recently had the pleasure of working with Cory Waye, a sales person at Alan Vigil Lincoln. I took my car in for service on a Thursday and Cory called to ask about my interest in purchasing a new car. I experienced poor customer service and inconsistent communication that resulted in me not having access to my vehicle. I’m disappointed in the way Vincent handled the situation.
