I'm beginning to agree with review #1 we made a down payment for him to begin work and keeps giving me the run around. 4/23/2019 So, we paid Allan a $200 down payment to start work. My husband kept calling him and he kept giving us excuses about emergency work. Also stating that he would be out the following day. When he didn't show we called, he hang up on us and has not returned the call. Allan we need our $200 back.

Allen Taylor told my Husband that he knew how to install a water softener and would charge $200. Well Mr. Taylor arrived at our home at 10:30-11AM he himself said he would b done installing the unit in no time well Mr. Taylor left my home 8PM that evening. Handy Man Allen did not have the tools needed to perform the job and all the parts to install we supplied.
