Thank you Allan for not stopping until everything was fixed. We had no hot water or heat, in the middle of February, and Allan got us up and going when other companies would not even answer the phone. Would recommend and use again.
Allan Ross is by far the best hvac technician and company we have had the pleasure of working with. From the moment you speak with him you can see he takes great pride in his business and runs it with integrity. Unfortunately last saturday just after that terrible cold snap, both our heating and hot water clunked out.
