I have seen Dr. Rickman recently for pain in my shoulder and in my neck. He was very helpful in seeing that I got the necessary physical therapy right away. He explained exactly what was causing the pain. This was a follow up visit after I completed physical therapy
Dr. Rickman took my case seriously, and didn’t dismiss my pain with a casual sweep. He thoroughly examined me, proscribed meds that were helpful, and ordered tests to confirm his theory. He was faithful to pursue authorizations for physical therapy and ensured my needs were met.
During my recent follow up visit, the triage nurse was taking my vitals signs, however, the machine that was to register my blood pressure did not work properly, she tried twice to obtain my BP. She made no attempt to take it manually. This was quite surprising as she is a nurse and should have taken my blood pressure as I am hypertensive. My medication list includes a medication for high blood pressure. Overall , the visit was very satisfactory.
Dr Rickman is very nice and is extremely knowledgeable

This was a 5-minute follow up for a sprained wrist. I had a negligible wait to se the Dr., and he agreed with me that all that was needed to heal was time.
