I recently underwent gum surgery here. The experience was like nothing I might have expected. The entire staff from front office to Dr. Allan created an atmosphere of ease and assurance. I opted for local anesthesia without any other "frills" in that regard. I was able to maintain a level of comfort and confidence throughout. The play-by-play as to how things were proceeding kept me abreast of what the findings were. They include the patient as a speaking participant in the process.
