Good luck getting a hold of this office! When someone finally decided to answer the phone after multiple calls and spending FOREVER on hold, they were not very nice and ended up hanging up on me. I am baffled at the lack of customer service within this office. I was simply shopping around for a new auto insurance provider and after this I 100% will NOT be using or recommending Geico after this experience :)
***edit*** I apologize, it was actually Progressive that this happened with, not Geico. I called more than one place before I finally got to Allstate and work overnights, so I guess I'm just scatterbrained. I appreciate the swift response from the owner and again apologize for jumping the gun. Was answering the questions every insurance company asks you during application process, and they lost my potential business because they insisted on knowing the birthdays of every individual in the household who is able to drive.
