Good luck getting a hold of this office! When someone finally decided to answer the phone after multiple calls and spending FOREVER on hold, they were not very nice and ended up hanging up on me. I am baffled at the lack of customer service within this office. I was simply shopping around for a new auto insurance provider and after this I 100% will NOT be using or recommending Geico after this experience :)
