The doctor himself is great, but only if you can get in to see him. When calling we've frequently faced being told Dr. Markus doesn't exist, had an appointment on 10/27, called to see if I could get in sooner so i can get testing done that i need, they called and moved me to 9/29, then just called and had to push my new appointment out to 11/3 past my previously scheduled appointment. Their portal doesn't work, the customer service for that portal is nonexistent. Calling and trying to get messages to him never turns out corr... read more
Great doctor. Extremely knowledgeable. Takes the time to determine the root cause of your medical issues. Very passionate about his profession and spends the time to listen to your concerns.
Dr Markus is a great doctor. He listens and is caring. He explains what he is doing and why he's doing it. He is very through and has excellent bedside manners. He takes the time to listen and always addresses concerns. His communication is spot on and is prompt when getting back to patients with questions.
Very competent and caring Dr. And staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Markus and staff for your medical needs.
Dr. Markus deserves a 5* plus rating. He is extremely knowledgeable and displays both intelligence and honed analytical skills. I appreciate his interest in my concerns and his desire to work as a team. He is an excellent listener and is encouraging and respectful in his presentation. I highly recommend him!
