We had our roof re-shingled from a budget friendly roofer who has since gone out of business. Allan came over to patch a leak in our roof caused by that low budget roofer. He did good job, but 3 weeks later during an abnormally large rain storm a slow leak appeared in the same area. Allan came back out right away, explored further (3 hours worth of time!) and found more missing flashing that should have been there but wasn't.
