I arrived early, but it was almost 2 hours after my appointment time before I was seen by the doctor. While sitting in the waiting area, I witnessed his staff engage in a horrible conflict with another patient. I wish I had recognized that as a clear indication of the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Shoelson and his staff, and left. my disabled father went to dr sholson’s office and was treated horribly by this doctor and the office staff due to his medicaid status and for being a Black man. i see all the positive reviews but it’s bullshit. do not see this doctor if you are Black, diasbled, or both.

Dr. Shoelson is such a great doctor! He's extremely thorough with his exams and any follow ups. He makes sure all of your questions are answered and next steps are determined before you walk out the door. Appointments sometimes take longer than you'd expect, but he's worth it. He's also very funny, which helps if you're someone that doesn't like going to the doctor.
