For the 2nd time in 3 years my 22 year old furnace needed emergency service on a winter weekend of course, and while we were snow-birding in Florida both times. Jim replaced the igniter the same day for the first instance, and replaced the furnace within 3 days in January 2025. Jim Allan provides timely customer service with exceptional value-added products and installation.
Our heat went out on a snow day, they came out 5 minutes later, and the next day had everything up and working! Amazing customer service, and we would highly recommend!
We used Allen Heating and Cooling for our new house. Their support has been excellent and we are more than happy with our geothermal system and gas fireplace. I would definitely recommend.
