For the 2nd time in 3 years my 22 year old furnace needed emergency service on a winter weekend of course, and while we were snow-birding in Florida both times. Jim replaced the igniter the same day for the first instance, and replaced the furnace within 3 days in January 2025. Jim Allan provides timely customer service with exceptional value-added products and installation.
Our heat went out on a snow day, they came out 5 minutes later, and the next day had everything up and working! Amazing customer service, and we would highly recommend!
