I was a long-time customer of Enterprise Chiropractic. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Keller, and when I arrived for my appointment I had to fill out new patient forms which I found a little odd. I was shown into an exam room and when the doctor came in I was surprised to find out that it was not Dr. Keller. I was then advised that Dr. Keller had retired and a new doctor had taken his place.
