Allan talked with me over the phone to cycle through potentially options for what was wrong. He then called supply house to confirm that the part needed is no longer available given the stove was 30+ years old. Spent that 15 minutes with me and didn’t charge anything, will definitely call him first in the future if any needs arise!

Couldn't fix a poor installation job from Lowe's
He says he doesn't look at these, but I can confirm quick response, super friendly, and a fixed dryer in no time! Glad I called instead of buying new. Will call again when something breaks!
The service was great. The two technician’s were very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately the repair cost for my washer was not something practical. ( Not their fault). I just did not want to put $650 into a 12 year old washer.
