Alan was great! He came out right away and was able to find to problem right away. He was so friendly and very professional. Highly recommended him.
Allan talked with me over the phone to cycle through potentially options for what was wrong. He then called supply house to confirm that the part needed is no longer available given the stove was 30+ years old. Spent that 15 minutes with me and didn’t charge anything, will definitely call him first in the future if any needs arise!

Couldn't fix a poor installation job from Lowe's
He says he doesn't look at these, but I can confirm quick response, super friendly, and a fixed dryer in no time! Glad I called instead of buying new. Will call again when something breaks!
