I have been a patient of Dr Allada for several years. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and is very knowledgeable about Diabetes. I would recommend him to my family.
This morning I called Dr. Allada’s office with a question. After going through about 5 minutes of being transferred from place to place a lady named Melissa from Dr Allada’s office answered. She was EXTREMELY rude and didn’t listen to anything I said. Instead she spoke over me and transferred me to Huntsville Hospital before I could even tell her what I needed. I can’t imagine how someone would feel if they had an emergency and needed to see their Dr. I sincerely hope that they check their reviews and follow up on this lady ... read more
