My commode was in very bad shape, for a week it kept leaking and my brother and I did everything we thought possible to fix this problem. We called Jeff and he called us within 10 minutes of our message to him. He came out and looked at it and said it was the flange that was bad. I watched him fix it and saw that the flange we had on ours had no lip to it, it was just gone. He replaced it with a new one everything looked great. My new commode looked great. Jeff Lewis is without a doubt one of the best service individuals that I have encountered in Nevada. his work is first class and his response time is fantastic. many service companies make mountains out of mole hills in labor overtime parts etc. Jeff is honest and has your best interest in mine when there are options to resolving the situation.
