My child always cries when the Dr. Gonchar examines her, let alone when she gives her shots - the doctor is awkward with the kids and has rough manners, she hurts my child every time she touches her. When we were there last time all the kids in the office were screaming, and not all of them were getting their shots that day! Dr's office does not follow up to remind that the child is due for her next wellness / shots visit. The doctor is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She answers all my questions at the visits, gives pointers and even sends me home with reading materials (in case i didnt hear something she said over my screaming kid!) Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt ... read more

Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Absolutely! They made an extra effort to support and encourage me Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
