My child always cries when the Dr. Gonchar examines her, let alone when she gives her shots - the doctor is awkward with the kids and has rough manners, she hurts my child every time she touches her. The doctor is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She answers all my questions at the visits, gives pointers and even sends me home with reading materials (in case i didnt hear something she said over my screaming kid!) Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops.
