I would be very happy to meet a doctor like Alla Bodner ! I have a very extensive background in this field, and yes, I understand that my appointment does not coincide with the scheduled time. My last telephone appointment, while I was on hold, lasted almost an hour longer than scheduled. But I understand that there are unexpected emergencies when a doctor has to fit an urgent patient into an already busy schedule. Dr. Alla Bodner is very kind, professional, and caring. I always feel comfortable and at ease during my appointments with her.
Dr. Bodner was very thorough and took the time to really listen to me. She asked thoughtful questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Her bedside manner was excellent, and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable discussing my concerns. I felt that she genuinely cared about my health and took the time to make sure all of my questions were addressed. Overall, I felt very comfortable, heard, and confident in the care I received.
I waited 45 minutes in my gown in the exam room. Then while waiting, a male student (not his fault - the doctor's fault for not telling her staff to let patients know in the waiting room) came in to see if he could observe my exam (I politely told him no thank you). I should have been informed and given the option to say no thank you while I was still DRESSED in my normal clothes not in a vulnerable position.
