Tom Smith, the owner of AYC will not even return my calls! I have had problems with this company service for the past couple years since they installed my new system. Every time they set an appointment, they call on the day of to reschedule. They always have some excuse like the employee didn't show up or they are running late. Skip this company and call Speedy Piper (786-648-7648) instead. Over 6 months, I paid All Year Cooling and Plumbing for repeated trial-and-error work that was never resolved. Despite numerous visits and assurances, my plumbing issue was left worse, with no follow-up from Omar Harris (technician), Ron Herrera (management), or Tommy Smith (owner). Over the last few months, I called several high rated A/C companies for quotes on a complete inside and outside new A/C system. I received several quotes and updated my understanding of the prices and products that were available today and all the new technology. AYC is wonderful. They have been caring for out HVAC needs for years. They keep my ac cool during our hot summers. When my ac was not cooling right earlier this year, they came out and found a leak in the Freon line. They fixed it and filled it back up. I can always count on their service.

This is a great company from start to finish. When I first called, the customer service rep that I spoke to made it feel like I was talking to a friend of mine. They were able to help me out and get someone to my house the following day. The technician that came fixed my cooling system in no time and was extremely polite. Fantastic!
