Upon buying a condo, I found that All Year Cooling installed a new AC unit. I aimed to maintain good relations with them. Over the last few months, I called several high rated A/C companies for quotes on a complete inside and outside new A/C system. I received several quotes and updated my understanding of the prices and products that were available today and all the new technology. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. We had this AC Company come and install 2 units in our home. A 2 ton and 4 ton two stage units. The 2 ton works fine. The 4 ton unit has given us problems since installation. These are both manufactured by *****. Day one of installation, they left me with the 4 ton unit to be replaced which took them 2 days to do. The company installed 2 air conditioners in our house during summer 2023, today is December 13 and they still did not pass the inspection!!!!Every time inspector find something wrong and it is very annoying: looks like their electricians do not know how to do the job properly!!!
Identifying a company that delivers on their customer service promises seems too good to be true. I can honestly tell you though they are exactly that kind of company. You won't regret working with them.

Not only did they install the unit quickly and efficiently, but their team was very friendly and knowledgeable. AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Got a new AC installed Feb23. Day of install I was advised that the heater was not going to be installed until months later bc of backorder. Sales rep NEVER mentioned this so a surprise to me. Called sales rep no where to be found, never returned my phone calls. First night AC stopped working bc of a breaker they were supposed to change and they didn't. Followed up with this company many times to get ETA for heater.
