I loved my experience buying a new Ford Escape at Gregg Young Ford in Hortonville! I scheduled test drive online & immediately received a response from the salesman Zane. He was attentive & got the car ready prior to my arrival the next day. I didn't feel pressured to look at other models or more expensive vehicles. We were able to trade in our old vehicle same day & drive home with a new one. Everyone was friendly & the whole process was quick & smooth.
We had a recall on a vehicle that we bought from a different dealership. They did the recall and we were so impressed,they treated us as if we bought it from them. Then recently we were having issues with the same vehicle so we call GYFH and they got us in and it came out to be the we bought a lemon,so we decided to trade it in. The actual vehicle selection went quite well. I just gave Dennis a listing of the truck features/options I was looking for and quite quickly he came up with multiple potential trucks. It turned out my best deal was a 2025 sitting on their lot. No pressure, just $’s vs features …. Easy to make decisions.
Do Not Recommend — Poor Service & Major Damage I brought my car to Greg Young in Hortonville for a simple oil change and left feeling completely let down. They left the oil cap off after service, which dumped oil all over the engine bay and caused smoke to come through the vents. They claimed to have cleaned it and said we were good to go. I highly recommend Chris Miller, I was browsing online after I totaled my car from a deer hit. I found a car that I liked and asked if he could get me approved ahead of time he made my car buying experience absolutely perfect from running my credit before I Came to the car lot to assisting me to get my rental car Enterprise in Appleton and then bringing me back. The service I received while There was very relaxed. Everyone was helpful and making sure that I was helped. I highly recommend Greg Young for your next vehicle.
