Just recently bought a 2019 f150 lariat, I have only had it about a week but I could not be happier, I got a great deal, a great warranty (6 year 100k miles) and an overall great experience. Would reccomend!
I loved my experience buying a new Ford Escape at Gregg Young Ford in Hortonville! I scheduled test drive online & immediately received a response from the salesman Zane. He was attentive & got the car ready prior to my arrival the next day. I didn't feel pressured to look at other models or more expensive vehicles. We were able to trade in our old vehicle same day & drive home with a new one. Everyone was friendly & the whole process was quick & smooth.
We had a recall on a vehicle that we bought from a different dealership. They did the recall and we were so impressed,they treated us as if we bought it from them. Then recently we were having issues with the same vehicle so we call GYFH and they got us in and it came out to be the we bought a lemon,so we decided to trade it in. I will never buy a vehicle or seek service from Greg Young Ford again. I took my 2024 Ford Maverick (still under the 3/36 warranty) in for a check engine light. My service advisor, Brian, claimed the ambient temperature sensor was damaged due to a "front-end collision" and therefore wouldn't be covered under warranty. Here is why I’m done with this dealership: Dishonesty regarding damage: I am the sole driver of this truck and it has never been in a collision. Brian never showed me the "damaged" parts. My husband and I were treated like family when we recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Pilot at Gregg Young Ford in Hortonville. I responded to an online inquiry about it and Chase immediately responded. Chase had the car ready to test drive twice, once amidst pouring rain and another in snow, both within a couple days of each other.
