Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Terrible!!! I have a 650sq ft. installation of bamboo hardwood that began in December of 2012 that is not completed as of May 2013. Numerous missed visits by sales representatives and installers. Installers have arrived and completed no work because they cannot repair the installation.
