I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not go here . This office is so terrible and treats you terrible especially the front office staff. I was in so much distress because of them during my pregnancy and they truly only care about money. They hire uneducated rude staff. I did not have a positive experience with them during my pregnancy at all it was only stress . The services are just simply terrible. They take a blood for services they don’t describe in details then send you a high bills. Then, as l tried to resolve the issue office manager very, very rude and absolutely unhelpful. Strongly recommend to go elsewhere!
The office is now called quality womens care of Florida. Be aware, they will make you pay your deductible before you receive treatenent. My deductible is $3500. They made me pay for it by 25 weeks of being pregnant or else they will drop you as a patient. Talk to your insurance because you need to make sure you stay in top of the doctors office to get your money back. So i had an appt today at 11 and i am very dissatisfied with what happened i went to see the dr and it was my second time there so i went into the office to fill out some more paper work and when the dr came in she started asking questions she asked my due date i told her aug 4th she might of been being sarcastic but how things ended wow she goes well hopefully you dont have the baby then because i have another pregnant lady due at the same time so i asked if i was able to go to another hospital thats 10 minutes away from me... read more
