I called to do the right thing and cancel an appt. The woman told me that she was not the doctors office and then said, I don't know why you're calling me. I then explained that I had lost the number and that they are the ones who make the referral. All I needed was their number. After ten minutes of arguing with me, she blurted out the number and hung up. They do not deserve the one star that this rating forces you to give.
