Dr. Aguayo and the medical practioners are absolutely top notch, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone if a new, empathetic office staff was provided. Dr. Aguayo delivered my daughter in 2009. In 2010, a medical issue resulted in the loss of our second baby and Dr. Aguayo sat in pre-op crying with me since my husband couldn't get there prior to surgery due to finding emergency childcare for our daughter. Used to be a great place until the wonderful nurse practitioner I saw left and they switched me to the PA. They lost my pee three times (as in I left a pee sample and didn’t get results so had to go back in twice and never did get results. What are you doing with my pee?) and she forgets to refill things and doesn’t do what she says she’ll do. They also haven’t given me a Pap smear in over a year because last time I went in and got undressed and the PA said I wasn’t due (pretty sure I was). They will not keep track of your n... read more
