I was in a situation with an animal in my house, and had actually hired one of the big wildlife companies to manage it. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so exceptionally positive, I felt compelled to share. Yesterday I discovered a large snake wedged in a fallen brick on the side of my house. Naturally I panicked. I called two other companies; the first quoted $1800 and the second $1600 for removal. We found racoons and their babies in our attic and did not want them hurt, just removed to a safe place. My husband found, All Wildlife Control here in Kennesaw, Georgia. Andrew Hopper, the operations manager came out the next day after we called the company and was able to explain, in detail how he would fulfil our request and save both mom racoon and babies. Andrew is professional and courteous and the company truly is 24/7. Thank you so very much for your quick and such personal response.
Matthew showed up at our house within 30 min of our initial call! We had a rat snake in our basement coming up the stairs! We were preparing for a large cookout and needed help immediately. Matthew was fantastic and showed up so fast and saved the day! He also checked all around our house and found some areas that may have been why the snake got in. I actually have worked with them a few times to address some concerns in our former office, for some clients and most recently at my own home. Each time Matthew and his staff have quickly and efficiently resolved all issues.
