I went there for a bike repair during the lockdown. They came out the front door, maintained a safe social distance, fixed my bike in under 2 minutes, and sent me on my way at no charge! We have gone there for years. Great guys, honest, fair. Highly recommend.
I don't care what any one says, George and his crew are the best.
Same experience as others...horrid customer service. The sales associate was friendly enough, but a giant ogre was yelling from the back of the store. He came out to the floor and spewed loads of incorrect information and concluded his diatribe with: “YOU HAVE FAIR WARNING! DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU!” Very bizarre interaction for just buying some bike parts. Went in today to buy a beach cruiser. The guy behind the counter had a really bad attitude and rude. Walked out. Went and bought a $600 bike from a wonderful shop in lewes. Your loss. Go to lewes cycle!!
We've brought bikes to All Wheels for service, new tires, etc and George and his staff have always been great. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. A few years ago my husband bought a new road bike from them and was super happy, so when it was time for me to get a new road bike last week, we got it from All Wheels. George fitted it perfectly and showed me how to use the new shifters, etc. Thanks, George and staff!
Big thanks to George and his staff for helping us select the perfect bikes for us! George went above and beyond to get us set up on new road bikes - took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot of them!), explained how the different bike technologies worked and what we should consider when making our decision, fitted the bikes for us and even helped us with the new bike rack we bought too. Customer service is alive and well at All Wheels! Thanks George!
