I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I have been trying to get in touch with Alex for assistance, and each time I called, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from the person answering the phone. During one call, she stated, “I don’t know why that lady speaking Spanish keeps calling,” which came across as dismissive and inappropriate. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I moved a few months ago with the help of Alex the realtor from All Westchester Realty. From the start he was very informative, professional and patient throughout the moving process. I would definitely recommend them!
This was my first time moving, and I was honestly really scared and unsure about the whole process. But Dominick made everything so much easier. From the beginning, he made me feel comfortable and like I could truly trust him. He was always quick to answer my messages, patient with my questions, and very supportive every step of the way. I worked with Dom and he was great. Showed me an apartment and i got approved next day. He answered all my text and calls whenever i needed him
The agent I met was Dominick and he was super quick, responsive and patient with us. I was looking to move asap, struggled for 5 months looking. He replied to my inquiry quickly, viewed the apartment, within a week of applying we got paperwork done fast and I received approval within a week! We got to move in nov 1st. This is my first time renting and I am grateful to have had this process be easy due to his consistency. I will be referring all my friends!
